Strong start to 2020 Condominium Sales in Telluride with Exclusively Real Estate commanding 17% of the dollar volume of condos sold thus far in January. Home sales in Mountain Village have risen by $12.2 million in August of this year, a 65% increase compared to August 2016. Single Family Homes Sold in August ranged in price from $1,865,000 to $7,550,000 with a median sold price of $2,700,000.
