120 Snowfield Drive

I think that this video shows the bedrooms well. It is not my best work as many workers were at the house working on snow removal.

In this video you will see MOST of the camera facing the Northern Side of the house where a distinctive BLUE foam is from the floor to about thigh high. Then above this is insulation and various lumber trusses. These lumber trusses can be removed and replaced with steel beams across the top /ceiling area with appropriate steel support pillars/columns with windows in-between. Everything above the "blue foam" thigh high area is above ground on the northern side of the house. The entire floor area is laid with cement and each area is wired with light switches and a light. Each of the "room framed areas" is actually only there as support of the house above. To create a large living area you would need to support the house above again with steel beams and pillars/columns for structural support. The stairs leading to this area are in place (those just behind the kitchen area with the door and stairs down to this level). At the bottom of those stairs on the right hand side is a wall which would be removed to allow direct access to this lower level without going through the mechanical room. From the north wall of the mechanical room down to the west it is possible to put a wall of windows and perhaps a walk out door which would lead out to the hot tub area (these windows in some area would have the deck off the dining area above overhead). The sellers are still looking for building plans which would detail this lower level better. This is NOT a great video as there was a time constraint. If you are interested in this house further, I am happy to request another wall through of the lower level.
